Delete Contract Version

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in and on the Dashboard (Recents or Library view).
  • The contract version you want to delete must not be signed.

Steps

  • 1. Navigate to Recents or Library: In the left sidebar under Work Station, click Recents or Library.
  • 2. Select a contract: Find and click the name of the contract that contains the version you want to delete.
  • 3. Open the Contract Versions dialog: Click the contract name to open the Contract Versions dialog.
  • 4. Delete a version: Locate the version you want to remove. Click the Delete (trash) icon next to that version.
  • 5. Confirm deletion: In the Danger Zone confirmation dialog, click Delete to confirm. On success, a confirmation toast displays: “Contract version deleted successfully.”

Tips

  • Only draft or revision versions (not signed) can be deleted.
  • To recover a deleted version, use the Restore Deleted Version workflow.
