View Audit Log

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in and on the Dashboard (Recents or Library view).
  • The contract version you want to inspect has been signed and has audit logs available.

Steps

  • 1. Navigate to Recents or Library: In the left sidebar under Work Station, click Recents or Library.
  • 2. Select a contract: Find and click the name of the contract whose audit log you wish to view.
  • 3. Open the Contract Versions dialog: In the card or list view, click the contract name to open its Contract Versions dialog.
  • 4. Click the View Audit Log icon: In the Contract Versions dialog, locate the history icon next to the version you want to inspect. Click the history icon.
  • 5. Review the audit log: The audit log opens in a new browser tab. Review the chronological list of actions, timestamps, and user details. Close the tab when finished to return to the Dashboard.

Tips

  • If no audit log is available for the selected version, an error message displays: “Audit logs are not available for this version.”
  • Ensure the version has been signed; only signed versions generate audit logs.
