Manage Billing

Prerequisites

• You are signed in and on the Dashboard.
• You have an active subscription.

Steps

• 1. Open the Billing page: In the left sidebar click your avatar or name. Select Billing from the menu.
• 2. View your subscription plan: At the top of the page, check Subscription Plan, which shows your current plan’s name and interval.
• 3. Change your plan (requires Manage Billing permission): Click Change Plan. You are redirected to the Pricing page.
• 4. Cancel your subscription (requires Manage Billing permission): Click Cancel Subscription.
• 5. Review upcoming payment: View your next charge amount and date under Your next payment.
• 6. Manage payment method (requires Manage Billing permission): Click Manage Payment Method. A new page opens where you can update your details.
• 7. View latest transactions: Scroll to Latest Transactions to see a table of recent invoices.

Tips

• Actions are disabled if you lack the Manage Billing permission.
• Payment method management opens an external secure page.
