Restore Deleted Version

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in and on the Dashboard (Recently Deleted view).
  • You have permission to manage contract versions (ManageAllContracts).
  • The contract has one or more deleted versions.

Steps

  • 1. Open the Contract Versions dialog: In Recently Deleted, click the contract name to open the versions list.
  • 2. Locate deleted versions: Deleted versions display a Restore (circular arrow) icon next to their entry.
  • 3. Restore the version: Click the Restore icon for the version you want to recover. A toast notification “Contract version restored successfully.” appears.
  • 4. Verify restoration: The restored version now appears with the other active versions in the list.

Tips

  • Only users with ManageAllContracts permission can restore versions.
  • Restored versions retain their original name and version history.
