Request Contract Signoff

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in and on the Dashboard (Recents or Library view).
  • You have opened the Contract Versions dialog for the contract you wish to sign off.
  • Contract version is in a signable state.

Steps

  • 1. Navigate to Recents or Library: In the left sidebar under Work Station, click Recents (clock icon) or Library (folder icon). The list of contracts appears.
  • 2. Open the Contract Versions dialog: Click the contract name to display its versions. The Contract Versions dialog appears.
  • 3. Click the Request Sign Off icon: Locate the version you want to sign off. Click the pen icon next to that version.
  • 4. In the Request E-Signature dialog: Fill in each signer’s details: Name, Email, and Party. To add more signers, click Add Signer.
  • 5. Send the request: Click Request Sign Off. On success, a confirmation toast displays: “E-signature request sent successfully!”

Tips

  • Ensure all required fields are completed and emails are valid before submitting.
  • To cancel at any time, click Cancel in the dialog.
